Zero Tolerance: OneVine has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, and human trafficking. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
Our Commitment
Lysara LLC is committed to protecting children and vulnerable persons from exploitation, grooming, harassment, and human trafficking across all OneVine services, including our chat features, community forums, and user-generated content. We comply with all applicable laws, including:
- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) reporting requirements
- International laws protecting children and vulnerable persons
The safety of our users, especially minors, is our highest priority.
Who Our Services Are For
OneVine is a general audience application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Age Requirements
- Under 13: Not permitted to use OneVine
- Ages 13-17: Must have parent or legal guardian permission and supervision
- 18 and over: Full access to all features
Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians of minors using OneVine are responsible for:
- Supervising their child's use of the app
- Discussing online safety practices
- Monitoring interactions and content
- Using device-level parental controls
- Reviewing our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Local Laws: Users must comply with local laws regarding age of digital consent and online service use. If your jurisdiction requires a higher age, that age applies.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on OneVine and will result in immediate action:
Sexual Exploitation of Minors
- Sexual or suggestive content involving minors (anyone under 18)
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to exploitative imagery of children
- Sexualized comments, descriptions, or fantasies about minors
- Age-play or role-play that sexualizes children
Grooming & Solicitation
- Attempting to establish a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes
- Soliciting or coercing minors to provide sexual or explicit content
- Requesting private contact information from minors (phone, address, social media)
- Attempting to move conversations off-platform to evade detection
- Offering gifts, money, or favors to minors in exchange for inappropriate content or meetings
Trafficking & Exploitation
- Human trafficking or recruitment for trafficking
- Exploitation of vulnerable persons (minors, elderly, disabled)
- Forcing or coercing individuals into labor or services
- Advertising or facilitating commercial sexual exploitation
Harassment & Threats Targeting Minors
- Bullying, harassment, or threats against minors
- Doxxing (sharing personal information without consent)
- Extortion or blackmail targeting minors
- Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting children or vulnerable groups
Privacy Violations
- Sharing personal contact information of minors (full name, address, phone, school)
- Posting images of minors without parental consent
- Attempting to identify or locate minors using app data
Detection & Moderation
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and address violations:
Automated Detection
- Automated content scanning for known CSAM (using industry-standard hash-matching technologies)
- AI-powered pattern detection for grooming language and suspicious behavior
- Keyword and phrase monitoring for prohibited content
- Behavioral analysis to identify suspicious account activity
Human Review
- User reports are reviewed by trained moderators
- High-risk flags are escalated for urgent review
- Context-sensitive evaluation of flagged content
Actions We May Take
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Remove Content: Delete messages, images, or posts that violate our policies
- Restrict Accounts: Temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation
- Terminate Accounts: Permanently ban users who violate child safety policies
- Preserve Evidence: Retain data as required for law enforcement investigations
- Report to Authorities: Report CSAM, trafficking, and serious threats to NCMEC, FBI, and local law enforcement as required by law
Note: We do not disclose operational details of our detection systems to prevent circumvention by bad actors. Trust & Safety is an ongoing process.
Reporting & Escalation
If you encounter content or behavior that violates child safety on OneVine, please report it immediately:
How to Report
Option 1: In-App Reporting (if available)
- Tap the "Report" button on the content or user profile
- Select "Child Safety Concern" as the reason
- Provide details and submit the report
Option 2: Email Report
Send an email to info@lysaratech.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report" and include:
- Your OneVine username (if applicable)
- Username or display name of the person you're reporting
- Date and time of the incident
- Description of the violation (be as specific as possible)
- Screenshots or links to the content (if available)
- Any other relevant information
What Happens After You Report
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your report
- Prioritization: Child safety reports are flagged as high-priority and reviewed urgently
- Investigation: Our Trust & Safety team will investigate the report
- Action: We will take appropriate action (content removal, account suspension/termination, law enforcement referral)
- Preservation: Evidence related to child safety violations is preserved for law enforcement as required by law
- Follow-Up: We may contact you for additional information if needed. For privacy reasons, we cannot always disclose specific actions taken.
Anonymity: You can report anonymously. However, providing your contact information helps us follow up if we need clarification.

- International: Contact your country's emergency services

We work closely with law enforcement agencies to combat child exploitation and trafficking:

As required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we file reports with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline when we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material on our platform.

Data Preservation
We preserve data related to child safety violations as required by law, including:
- User account information
- Content (messages, images, chat logs)
- Metadata (timestamps, IP addresses, device info)
- Evidence of violations
Preserved data is made available to law enforcement upon valid legal request.
Lawful Requests
We comply with lawful requests from law enforcement, including:
- Subpoenas
- Court orders
- Search warrants
- Emergency disclosure requests (imminent danger)
User Notification
We may notify users of law enforcement requests when appropriate and legally permissible. However, we will not notify users if:
- Notification is prohibited by law (e.g., sealed court orders)
- Notification could endanger an investigation
- The request relates to child safety, trafficking, or serious crimes

Parental Guidance
We encourage parents and guardians to:
- Talk with Children: Have open conversations about online safety, privacy, and appropriate behavior
- Monitor Usage: Review your child's activity on OneVine periodically
- Set Boundaries: Establish rules for app use (time limits, who they can interact with)
- Use Device Controls: Enable parental controls on your child's device (screen time limits, content filters)
- Teach Them to Report: Show your child how to report concerning behavior and reassure them they won't get in trouble for reporting
Important Safety Tips:
- Never share personal information (full name, address, phone, school) with strangers
- Never meet someone from the app in person without parental supervision
- Be cautious of anyone asking for photos, videos, or personal details
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is. Report it.

Consequences:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Content and account data preserved for law enforcement
- Reports filed with NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law
- Cooperation with investigations and prosecutions
- Potential civil and criminal liability for violators
We will use all available legal means to protect children and vulnerable persons and to hold perpetrators accountable.
